Our complimentary nib tuning adjusts pressure and ink flow to your personal preferences, while our optional nib customizations can provide for added character in your writing. We are an authorized Taccia dealer.
The twelve-sided Kaku-Tate body serves as the perfect shape to highlight natural urushi finish, allowing the brighter underlying color to break through at the facets. Ebonite hard rubber, natural urushi lacquer, and solid gold nibs are the classic materials for Japanese fountain pens, and the Kaku-Tate offers a distinctive take on this classic style of pen design and manufacture.
The Kaku-Tate fills using any bottled fountain pen ink when fitted with the provided converter, and can also use Sailor brand disposable ink cartridges. Each pen will be carefully inspected and tested by us before shipping to you.
