Before
the LA pen show I had an idea that I wanted an Arco, but wasn't quite sure. The
one thing I was sure about, though, was that I would be going to your booth to
check it out. I trust you guys. From John's
work, to Pat and Danielle's knowledge
and attention to detail - awesome. The pictures I'd seen were certainly great...
but holding it - that's what did it - the proportions, how it felt when I wrote....
wow... wonderfully subtle, and... wow. It was delivered yesterday (along with
the 1911) - and I didn't remember it being so beautiful at the show. And the work
John did on the italic nib was perfect, along with the extra flow he gave it so
I can write with this wonderful, smooth, wet line and still get the line variation...
wow. Thank you so much. I played with the 1911 quickly, and that's wonderful,
too... but for now it's just me and my Arco playin' on the page.

The Bronze Arco
just arrived, thank you very much for the prompt service. What a beautiful pen,
conservatively stunning. But the best part is how it writes! You tuned it just
perfectly for me, which is quite an accomplishment considering how little I knew
about what I wanted. Please don't lose my specifics, since I plan to buy more
OMAS pens from you. Wonderful pen, writes like a dream.
