Pelikan 1000 Years in Austria LE
The Pelikan 1000 Years in Austria Limited Edition is a unique fountain pen. It's design is by the Professor of Architecture, Gustav Peichl. He combines technical aesthetics and classical proportions with wit and sensuality. It is elegant and striking, crafted in a limited world-wide edition of only 1,000 pieces.
This pen was created for all those who value exclusivity and self-confident elegance for their very personal writing implement. It is for a time to reflect on the past and the present and to question the future.
Austria has always been a country in which culture and the arts have rated highly. This pen portrays the highs and low points, the joys and the fears, the hopes and visions of an era.
The 18K gold nib is finely chased with a rhodium decoration. However, the special charm is lend to this pen by the emotional expression created by the structured guilloche striping inlaid with color. It's fittings are all 925 sterling silver. The engraved edition number is on the clip ring.
This limited edition number 0456/1000 piston-filler fountain pen is fitted with an 18k gold nib and is presented in a white box which is slightly worn. This is a pre-owned limited edition in MINT condition with box and all papers.

We can provide this pen with the full range of M800 nibs from EF to BBB including the Oblique options.  Please call if you are also interested in nib customizations or multiple nibs for this pen.
