| Pelikan has matched the simple elegance
of this new cast sterling silver design with an 18 carat nib and trim accents
in gold. The Majesty has a solid, confident heft to it. It's not ponderous, yet
in hand you sense you are writing with an instrument that has been designed with
thought and consideration. | ||

| Weighing in at 62.5 grams, the Majesty
measures 5.25 inches capped, a very good size for most hands. | ||
 | The
art nouveau stone frieze carved around the top of the Pelikan building inspired
the intricate engraving on the cap. The engraving on the nib captures the spirit
of balance and harmony with its expression of masculine and feminine lines and
curves. The logo, etched in metal, is a nice example of the attention to detail in this pen. | |

| This nib is exclusive to this pen and availible in sizes, F, M, B (sizes XF, BB, and OB will have to be ordered from Germany and may take longer to get). | ||

| A really neat feature of the Majesty is the see-through reservoir and piston which is revealed when the silver barrel is unthreaded from the section. Although a design departure from Pelikan's usual Souverän series, this pen has all the hallmarks of a good writing instrument. | ||
