Pen Sales
We carry seven brands
of fountain pen, ready for sale, at discounted prices:
Aurora, Bexley, Nakaya (pronounced Nah-keya),
OMAS, Pelikan,
Pilot-Namikiand Sailor. We chose these
brands because we believe they are the best in the
world for serious writers and those who appreciate good
design. We stand by our "write out of the box"
guarantee; every pen is test-written before leaving
our shop.
We usually ship within
1 -2 days on sales orders. If you request customization
on your new pen, we will take care of it right away
and ship as soon as the work is done. (The 5-6 month
turnaround does not apply to customizations on sales.)
We ship within the US and internationally. Shipping charges are calculated once
an order is placed. California residents, and shipping addresses in California,
are subject to 8.25% in sales tax.

Repair
Services
The turnaround
time for a repair is estimated at
5 - 6 months. We offer an expedited
service which doubles the cost of the repair work.
Please note, we will not add pen or nib items to an
existing work order so please send all the
items you wish to have worked on at one time.
A $20 non-refundable service fee
applies to each item sent in for work.
No-cost rush policy: We offer a "no charge rush service" to customers who have purchased the pen/nib from us and who feel that we have sent a pen or nib that just doesn't write well, for whatever reason. We will make adjustments to the pen or nib at no charge for the expedited service and very often, at no cost at all. We offer this service up to one year from purchase.
Please note, we cannot offer a rush service, or repair service, at no cost to items that have been dropped or damaged due to mishap or misuse.

NOTE:
Although we are an authorized Pelikan fountain pen dealer Pelikan's official
repair facility isCHARTPAK.We do customizations
and repairs on their fountain pen nibs only. We do not do repairs on Pelikan ball
points, roller balls or pencils.
We
believe that fountain pens are a pleasure to use. It is our mission to give these

Customization
Services
Many old, and
new, fountain pens are beautiful objects but for some
reason do not write exactly the way a customer would
like. We provide customization services to make a
scratchy nib smooth or a cursive italic more crisp.

to a pen you are going to buy from us, the work is done right away and does not

– Tip modification to cursive
italic, stub, oblique and more!

Tip size modification from a double broad down to an extra fine
– Re-tip or re-grindto
a variety of styles including calligraphic and italic points. We cut italic nibs
for both writers and calligraphers, including blackletter Note:

– Nib restoration by recreating vintage grinds and custom
shapes on both vintage, and new, fountain pens
