Sailor 1911 Mid-Size Violet Jellyfish
Taking its inspiration from a bioluminescent jelly found in a wide range from the North Atlantic to the Mediterranean, the Sailor 1911 Mid-Size beautifully pairs translucent purple with gleaming rhodium trim. Normally provided with only limited nib choices, we are able to equip this pen with any Sailor 14k solid gold nib unit.
Our complimentary nib tuning adjusts optimum pressure and ink flow to your own personal preferences. Sailor 14k nibs made an excellent starting point for many of our most popular nib customizations, including Flex, Cursive Italic, and Architects Point.
Sailor's new Jellyfish series of special edition fountain pens take their inspiration from these colorful, translucent sea creatures. Each semi-transparent demonstrator pen is finished with Sailor's special Metashine treatment, which adds a subtle fine glimmer to the surface.
The pen can fill using any bottled fountain pen ink when fitted with the provided converter. It can also use convenient Sailor brand disposable ink cartridges, now available in over thirty different carefully nuanced hues.
Each pen ships in a special presentation box which includes the converter and a starter pack of two ink cartridges. We are an authorized Sailor dealer.
