Platinum 3776 Century Fuji Unkei Uroko-Gumo Limited Edition
The first in a series of limited edition pens inspired by the cloud patterns around Mt. Fuji, the Platinum 3776 Century Fuji Unkei Uroko-Gumo Limited Edition has been produced in a special decorative cutting technique to create a complex play of light and reflection on the pen body. Normally provided with only limited nib choices, we are able to equip this pen with your choice from among the full range of Platinum 14k solid gold rhodium-plated nibs.
Our complimentary nib tuning adjusts optimum pressure and ink flow to your own personal preferences. Platinum 14k nibs are also excellent starting points for many of our most popular nib customizations - choose the Fine Soft nib for our noted Spencerian modification, or broader nibs for best results with modifications such as Stub, Cursive Italic, and Architects Point.
Uroko-gumo literally means cummulus clouds, and Platinum's designers have taken this image as their inspiration for this beautiful new pen. Each pen is provided with a special 20 ml bottle of Aka-Fuji ink, which has a unique gradation allowing it to appear from green to a brown-red on paper, depending on the lighting.
Besides the bottled inks which can be used when the pen is fitted with the provided converter, it can also use convenient disposable Platinum brand cartridges. We are an authorized Platinum dealer.
