Pelikan Souverän M600 Art Collection Glauco Cambon Special Edition
Named after a legendary Italian artist and graphic designer who created advertising posters for Pelikan in the early 20th century, the new Pelikan Souverän M600 Art Collection Glauco Cambon is the first in a projected series of special edition fountain pens. Each pen is equipped with your choice of Pelikan 14k solid gold nib unit.
Our complimentary nib tuning adjusts optimum pressure and ink flow to your own personal preferences. Pelikan 14k nibs also provide an excellent starting point for many of our most popular nib customizations - choose finer nibs for best results with Flex, or broader nibs for modifications such as Stub, Cursive Italic, and Architects Point.
The unique appearance of this pen is the result of a multi-step process. The brass barrel material is first engraved and guilloched, creating fine grooves that ultimately achieve a unique light-reflecting holographic effect. Ten layers of lacquer are then applied, and after polishing, the surface is then printed with the colored image motif. Final polishing then accentuates the colors and brings the surface to a high gloss shine.
The trim is plated in 24k gold, and Pelikan's famous differential piston-fill system provides for a high capacity and allows for the use of any bottled fountain pen ink. Each pen ships in a specially themed presentation box that utlilizes one of the advertising designs created by Glacuo Cambon for Pelikan. We are an authorized Pelikan dealer.
