Pelikan Toledo M900 Black
Reviving a style first introduced in 1931, the Pelikan Toledo series are limited production Special Edition pens featuring hand engraved gold over sterling silver or vermeil barrel. These production-intensive pens are both beautiful art objects as well as superb everyday writers.
When John was in Frankfurt at the stationary show in 2002, he watched an engraver cutting designs on the barrel of these pens. Each one is different, showing unique handiwork. The M900 Toldeo comes with a certificate which is hand numbered and signed, and a very lovely understated presentation box. These pens take the full range of M800 nibs.
