The Decapod has already been perhaps the most distinctive pen style developed by Nakaya, and now this new pen literally gives the model an added twist.
Each pen is handcrafted from ebonite hard rubber. Nakaya’s multi-thread barrel allows this pen to be quickly capped and uncapped, but not every thread will properly align the facets in the closed position - it may take more than one try to find a thread that will properly set the alignment.
The Decapod Heki-tamenuri TW can be furnished with any of the Nakaya 14k nibs.
The Nakaya Cigar Decapod TW can be filled with bottled fountain pen ink using the provided converter. Nakaya pens can also use Platinum brand ink cartridges.
