With its glossy black resin and warm gold trim, the Waterman Charleston Ebony Black Gold is a superb everyday writer as well as a highly affordable introduction to the Waterman brand. This pen design, with its triple barrel bands and grooves, is inspired by the 1940s Waterman's 100 Year Pen. Tapered ends complete the balanced look and feel of this pen.
The Charleston can be filled using international size ink cartridges, such as the Pelikan and J. Herbin cartridges we carry, or can be filled with any bottled fountain pen ink using the included converter.
Clearly visible are the triple barrel bands characteristic of the Waterman Charleston. The widest gold band is etched with "Waterman" and "France", as well as art deco style geometric designs.
The open gold clip forms a single streamlined unit with the cap end. The Waterman "W" is imprinted inside the raised hexagonal shape.
The 18k solid gold nib is also imprinted with the Waterman trademark.
Each pen arrives in an attractive Waterman presentation box.
