The gray and black Stresemann, named in homage to the pinstripe suits of a famous Weimar-era politician, has become one of Pelikan's most popular styles since first being introduced in the M805 size in 2015. This new M1005 version allows for the added ink capacity this size provides, along with the naturally semi-soft springiness of Pelikan's large M1000-size 18k solid gold nib units.
