Returning A Pen For A Refund

We want you to be completely satisfied with your nibs.com pen purchase. If you are unhappy with your pen and wish to get a refund, kindly complete our Return Request Form and select "Refund" in the designated field. Please note that such requests must be submitted and your item shipped within the first 30 days of your original purchase date.

Please make sure that the pen, presentation box, and all accompanying materials are returned in their original conditions. Pens with customized nibs or personalized features are not eligible for refund. Shipping fees may be applicable. Once our team has approved your refund, you will receive your full store credit in the form of a code sent to your email on file. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, which can be used for any item available on our website.

Should you prefer a refund to your account over store credit, a 20% restocking fee will apply. We understand this may seem substantial, especially for higher-end pens, but please consider the time and effort we invest while optimizing your pen.

Once our team approves your exchange, you will receive the difference as store credit via a code sent to your email, or an invoice to pay the balance if applicable.

Pen Needs Adjustment: Tuning/Repairs/Customizations

Our goal is for you to be delighted with your pen or nib unit. Our meticulous nib set-up and optimization process ensures your purchase is tailored to your writing style before leaving our shop. If your recent purchase or repair does not meet your expectations and requires any adjustment, please fill out our Service Request Form and select the desired service. Once approved, our team will provide you with the appropriate shipping information to send your item to our workshop.

Any necessary adjustments or service within the first 30 days of your original purchase or repair date will be expedited at no additional cost to you. Extra services or customizations may result in standard charges and shipping fees. This offer is valid exclusively for the original purchaser or recipient of the pen or nib unit, and proof of purchase via the original paid invoice may be requested.

Specialty Items: Ink/Book/Accessory

Please be aware that ink, book, and accessory purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, if your item arrives damaged, please notify our team via info@nibs.com within seven days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will promptly arrange for a refund or replacement to be sent out to you.
